Senator Rieger requested that the reconsideration on CS FOR                    
SENATE BILL NO. 195(RLS) "An Act relating to the licensure of                  
physical therapy assistants" be taken up.

CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 195(RLS) was before the Senate on                       
reconsideration.                                                               
                                                                               
Senator Rieger moved and asked unanimous consent that CS FOR                   
SENATE BILL NO. 195(RLS) be returned to the Rules Committee.                   
Senator Duncan objected, then withdrew his objection.  There being             
no further objections, it was so ordered.
